We offer refunds on items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item(s) and will be credited to the original method of payment.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at asteria.ecommerce@gmail.com. We will replace the item or provide a refund at no cost to you.
